Hi Kamy, I think that they are a pair of Divine Rights of Denim jeans. This is currently a brand favourite of The Hills girls. The good news is that unlike most designer jeans with a $200 price tag, Divine Rights of Denim are around $59-$70 and what I have heard they are good quality too. The only place I can find online to buy them are Dillards.com http://www.dillards.com. I hope this helps.
