Grecian dresses are a thing of beauty; the way they hang, the reams of fabric, the way they make their wearer look so statuesque. They were also a key look at the 2009 Spring/Summer shows and we are now seeing Grecian style dresses filter their way through on to the celebrity circuit and the high street.

Anne Hathaway in Grecian Dress

Anne Hathaway looked breath taking at this year’s Screen Actors Guild Awards in a luscious white Azzaro Grecian dress. The problem that I have with most white evening gowns is that they tend to look a little bridal – but this doesn’t seem to happen with a Grecian gown. Anne’s dress was easily the best of the night.
