Oscar favourite!

There was definitely a more upbeat vibe surrounding the Oscars this year and the ceremony was quite possibly the best I have seen – Hugh Jackman was great. I was a little disappointed that Mickey Rourke didn’t get the Oscar for Best Actor but I’m sure that just getting nominated is an honor blah blah blah.
On the dress front, like the Golden Globes, there was a penchant for white and I’m sure the likes of Sarah Jessica Parker, Penelope Cruz and Jessica Biel will have inspired many future brides. Anne Hathaway was however, the stand out in white and looked a dream in a Armani Privé

But my favourite look of the evening was Natalie Portman in bubblegum pink Rodarte. She looked young, fresh and original. I can imagine that this dress would look a nightmare on someone like Paris Hilton, but Natalie has the class and presence to carry it off.
