Britain's Next Top Model
The next series of Britain’s Next Top Model starts next week and I am very excited. I am an avid fan of the Top Model franchise, much to my boyfriend’s dismay. I love the bitchiness, the back stabbing and drama that surrounds every series – American, Canadian, British, it doesn’t really matter. It goes with the territory – fill a house with insecure, post teen girls all striving to get on in a cut throat industry, and it makes for tv gold.
I hope this series will continue in the same vein as it’s predecessors. Heat magazine is already reporting that one of the contestants suffers from Anorexia and is debating whether an openly Anorexic contestant should have been allowed on the show. I’m assuming then that it would have been ok for her to appear on the show if she had of kept her eating disorder quiet and gone down the “I eat loads but just have a high metabolism” route???
