Agyness Deyn set to star in film

It has recently been reported that UK supermodel Agyness Deyn will be hanging up her heels and taking the leap into film. Rumours have been circulating that - New York based - Deyn will appear in a short film directed by Peter McGough and co-starring Linus Roache (also born and bred in the UK) who has made a big impact stateside, starring in TV show, Law and Order.
Agyness Deyn follows several other supermodels who have attempted the transition to the big screen; both Cindy Crawford and Elle Macpherson enjoying some success in the 90’s. Lily Cole recently appeared in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, but the only model who has really made any impact of note is Mila Jovovich who starred in cult video game spin off Resident Evil.
