With just over a week to go until H&M’s Jimmy Choo collection launch on 14th November, it’s time to start considering your game plan for the day and may be invest in some good winter clothing, better still a tent because H&M are expecting a huge crowd.
Especially for the H&M / Jimmy Choo collection release, H&M have adopted a queueing system, whereby the first 160 people in the line will receive a bracelet giving you a specific time for shopping in their designated area. A fair system we think; the die hard fashionistas queueing way before opening time in the cold - and most likely, rain - will deserve their rewards. Plus this system will create a shopping experience which is likely to be a much more civilised affair.
If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of not being one of the first 160 people, then you will still get the opportunity to shop in the rest of the store until the designated area becomes open to the masses… after about 2 hours! Patience will definitely be a virtue.
A note to all Del Boy’s out there - every customer has the opportunity to buy from the whole collection but can only buy a maximum of one product per line.

hey im living in france, the nearest store carrying the collection is 2 hours away and im in the boonies so i wont be able to make it the first day. How long is the collection avaliable in stores? do u think it will be sold out by the end of november or will they keep things in stock all season?

It’s difficult to say. When H&M launched their Stella McCartney collection they included a cut down number of styles than they would have normally and the line sold out incredibly quickly, H&M making no plans to restock. Whether or not this was intentional and the same thing may happen with the Jimmy Choo collection…

ive been off the grid for a while and now that this amazing event is happening i dont even have a shot, that sux. I was hoping that some of the stuff would still be around so i could total my paycheck on the twenty eighth, but from what you’re saying sounds like this stuff may not last two days much less two weeks; SIGH ill go cry in a corner now, but still thanks so much for the help.

So I heard 3 new york stores re-stocked last thursday, so maybe there’s hope for you? my hands are still tied till i go to lyon this weekend. Otherwise there’s always ebay ;D. I haeva question for you though. I ADORE Tory Burch tunic, but i dont know where to get them in France. Do you know of any websites where I can get one or two? I mean aside from her site of course, those are a bit pricey. OR are there any knock offs you know about? Thanks a bunch and good luck!
