I’m in love with this All Saints Aztec inspired mini-dress and if you think it looks familiar, maybe you saw the photos of Madonna’s teenage daughter, Lourdes, wearing the exact same dress at the Vanity Fair Oscars party last month. Regardless of the fact that a 14 year old has been seen wearing the dress, I’m determined to make it mine.

I blame Natalie Portman and Black Swan. There definitely seems to be ballerina micro trend developing this season. Tutu’s, romantic silk and tulle floaty dresses, ballet pumps becoming the flat shoe of choice once again. I even have friends dusting off their ballet shoes and returning to the bar; taking up adult ballet classes…

Prints are a big Spring/Summer 2011 trend – whether bold and fruity at Stella McCartney or horizontally striped at Prada, there will be no getting from them this season. I for one adore prints and especially love clashing them. Floral and stripes are a particular favourite combination of mine.
