King of the slogan T-shirt, Henry Holland, has gone back to his roots with his latest range of tongue in cheek tees. The range is inspired by his love of blogging sites and feature many new catchphrases in the form of acronyms. I personally need one of the C.T.F.O (chill the fuck out) House of Holland t-shirts as modelled by the likes of Agyness Deyne and Alexa Chung.

London Fashion Week – PPQ

A Mi Fashion firm favourite, PPQ, showed last Saturday at the Red Bull Fashion Factory. It was wall to wall London It girls, including Fern Cotton, Alexa Chung – who flew in from New York especially taking a break from filming her MTV show (It’s on with Alexa Chung) and the totally useless Geldolf sisters (Peaches and Pixie).

But enough about the front rowers, the PPQ collection was a surprisingly grown up affair, which was extremely wearable taking it’s inspiration from the 60s (well done, very Mad Men). The glamour stakes have been raised from previous PPQ collections and there were pops of candy colours everywhere from baby pinks to luscious greens, which looked amazing on the entire black cast of models.

Mi Fashion was drooling over the graphic print shift dresses which were edged up with a crazy variety of space saucer looking hats.

Get the Look: Alexa Chung

It’s quite a feat to look cute and not at all slutty in a pair of over the knee socks and a short skirt but Alexa Chung pulls it off by keeping her look preppy with a pair of manish lace up shoes and a long checked coat. I also like how she’s layered up on gold jewellery going for a statement necklace and adding a couple of longer chained pendants.

I really admire Alexa Chung’s style, its very London girl about town but she does it in such an effortless way. She obviously loves fashion and is very good at mixing up high street, vintage and designer pieces.
